Our Approach
Kindred Nutrition was founded on a straightforward principle: that food supplement communication should be accurate, honest, and grounded in what regulators and scientists actually say - not what makes the most dramatic marketing copy.
The supplement market is crowded with exaggerated claims, pseudoscientific framing, and dark-pattern sales tactics. We built Kindred Nutrition specifically to do the opposite: to present plant-based food supplements clearly, with per-nutrient EFSA-authorised claims only, with full ingredient transparency, and with no promises we cannot legally or honestly make.
Our editorial content is reviewed against EFSA's list of authorised nutrition and health claims before publication. We do not make disease claims. We do not use before-and-after imagery. We do not guarantee results. We do not use countdown timers or artificial scarcity.
What we do offer is a well-formulated plant-based metabolism support supplement, honest information about what it can and cannot do, and a straightforward ordering experience with a 14-day return policy.
Formulation & Editorial Standards
Full Label Transparency
Every ingredient, quantity, botanical Latin name and allergen is declared on the product label. We do not hide ingredients behind proprietary blend totals without disclosure.
EFSA-Aligned Claims
All nutrition and health claims on our products and editorial content are tied to specific nutrients at specific levels as authorised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), retained in UK law.
Plant-Based Formulation
Our supplements are formulated with plant extracts from declared botanical origins. We do not use synthetic stimulants. Where naturally occurring compounds are present, their origin is stated.
No Unsupported Efficacy Claims
We do not claim our products cause weight loss, burn fat, treat any medical condition, or produce guaranteed results. These claims are not authorised by EFSA for food supplements.
UK Compliance Framework
Kindred Nutrition operates under UK food supplement regulations, which require that supplements are safe, accurately labelled, and comply with permitted claims legislation. Our data practices are governed by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
